Single User Cannot use SharePoint Online Search

Hi All!
I have a single user who can't see to search using the SharePoint Online search bar anymore. When she tries to search on ANY SPO site, she gets an error that just says "Something went wrong. Try your search again or refresh this page." She has tried it on different computers logged into the same M365 account and other users can search when they log into M365 on her machine. If it helps, Outlook desktop application can search just fine but her Outlook Web gives the same error. Thanks in advance!

    Hi @Matthew Ries,

    Check if the user has the necessary permissions to perform a search in SharePoint Online. Make sure the problematic users have the same permission as normal users, or she has at least Read permission on the content that she wants to search.
