how to fix the windows server 2019 update service

the windows update , error encountered. We couldn't connect to the update service. We'll try again later, or you can check now. If it still doesn't work, make sure you're connected to the Internet.

in the server i can open the internet website, but the windows update could not working.

Have you tried manually starting Windows Update Service?

To open the Windows Update service manually on a Windows Server, you can follow these steps:

Press the Windows key + R on your keyboard to open the Run dialog box.

Type "services.msc" in the Run dialog box and press Enter.

In the Services window, scroll down and locate the "Windows Update" service.

Double-click on the "Windows Update" service to open its properties.

In the properties window, you can start, stop, or restart the service, as well as change its startup type.

Follow the same steps to make sure these services are turned on:

Background Intelligent Transfer Service, Cryptographic Services.

General operation I have tried,, Ping the website it's OK, but the update function is not working, try to change a network cable, problem is also like this. The firewall is also turn off.
