Do not create local user as admin

Question

Hello community,

We use Microsoft 365 a lot in our company Hello Community,

We use Microsoft 365 very successfully in our company.

When we create a new user, the user is created locally on the computer as an admin.

We no longer want this.

Is there a solution with Microsoft 365 how I can solve this globally and also for the field staff?
