MFA account is locked (greyed out)

Hi all,

My MFA isn't working for my account. It's greyed out and now I cant get access to any codes I need.

What can/ should I do?

    Not much to go on but it sounds like you'll need the account admins to reset the account so a new QR code can be generated with which you can relink the authentication device to your account.
