If your admin don’t have clue the alternative is your AD would have a URL with organization were self help can be done but you should make sure to use other authentication types like SMS to your mail id and login there and scan the latest QR code to add it to authenticator app. But this will happen if your primary authentication method is SMS or email instead of authenticatior which will be setup at the time of providing accesss to you by your organization.
Trying to reset my own Authenticator access
My phone recently died. I cannot turn it on. When I got a new phone, I downloaded Microsoft Authenticator. It was asking me to use a code sent to my Authenticator while I was trying to log into Authenticator.
I do not have cloud backup. I cannot go back to my old app to turn it on. There is no way for me to use cloud backup to restore my Authenticator logins.
I have multiple accounts from different software programs managed by different organizations. I contacted the support center for one of those accounts, and they were able to reset my login for that account; however, I cannot access any of the other accounts. I have contacted the service providers for those accounts, and they cannot reset my access. I am caught in the "use Authenticator to log into Authenticator" loop for all my other accounts.
One chat suggested I create my own Azure account to try and reset all the other Authenticator accounts. (The one functioning login I have cannot clear the accounts for my other log ins.)
Again, cloud recovery is NOT an option for me. I keep getting redirected to troubleshooting measures that instruct me to use cloud recovery to log back in. My question now is how do I use Azure to clear out my old Authenticator logins? Or is there another way for me to use "god mode" on my own device to clear ALL of my accounts and start from scratch?

If you are the admin (and blocked) then you can reach out to 365 global customer service here.
