Removal of Unwanted/Unused apps in Office 365 Managment Console

In our Microsoft 365 Admin center I cannot find a way to reduce the applications that users are entitled to with our Office 365 E3 subscription.

Users are entitled to some 30 native applications with our subscription, but we have no use for Yammer, Viva, Sway and some of the other noise that we are licensed to use. I see how the application access can be removed at the user level, but for the life of me cannot find the location to disable access to them in my global tenant.

During the typing of this I found the Apps Dashboard at myapplications.microsoft.com but it lacks any sort of description to what it does and the affect it will have if I remove the application from there.

Any advisement on a direction would be appreciated.

On the user level, access to services is usually controlled by the license. Some services might offer a "global" switch, but that's not the norm. The relevant controls are usually found in the M365 Admin Center > Settings (https://admin.microsoft.com/#/Settings/Services), or in the admin portal of the corresponding app. But again, that's not valid for all applications, so controlling access via licenses should be your fallback option.
