How to restore a teams group link to a SharePoint site

Hi Team,

When we set up our SharePoint site, we created Teams/Sites for each of our TPAs. Somehow, the group and Team have disappeared, but the SharePoint site still exists. I'm wondering if there is a way to recreate the group and link it to the existing SharePoint site, as it would have been originally.

Based on your description, is the team corresponding to SharePoint Site archived by the administrator?

Because the corresponding SharePoint Site has not been deleted, I judge that your team is archived rather than deleted.

According to the documentation, Select Archive to archive the team. The team's status will change to Archived, it will be temporarily available inside Hidden teams located at the bottom of the teams list, and a small icon representing the archived state will be added next to it . Once it is removed from Hidden teams it will be available in the Manage teams view under Archived. To view and search through the content of the archived team, select its name in the Archived list.
You can choose to make an archived team active:
Follow these steps to make an archived team active again.

1. In the admin center, select Teams.
2. Select a team by clicking the team name.
3. Select Restore. It might take some time for the team's status to change back to Active. Note that it will not be moved back inside Your teams automatically.
