Mailbox marked for removal on the server

Hi There,

I am unable to receive or send emails from my outlook account (MS 365 business premium). There's a note tagged to the account that states that the mailbox has been marked for removal on the server. I use this account to run and operate my business and having removed would affect my business. Please help, I cannot have this account deleted.

    Please login to Microsoft 365 Defender->Action Center and check if you have the option of Unblock Account and click Yes to confirm the change.

    Check if the Exchange Online License is Active.

    Unblock Sign-in in Office 365 Admin portal.
