Issue on new Microsoft exam booking via Pearson Vue.

I'm unable to book exam in Pearson Vue.

Exam - PL-300 Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst

In Pearson Vue exam booking page after clicking "submit order" Microsoft registration is not permitted.

I don't why this msg throw. I think my profile blocked by Microsoft.

Please solve this issue. Please do the needful at the earliest.
