Hi Christy, I've been on the hunt for a solution to this problem for a while now, and sadly your solution seems impossible as the "Sync Settings" are no longer able to be found. Is there an up-to-date way to access these settings, or can you provide screenshots of this?

Based on my research, i found that the below troubleshooting steps may be helpful, it's suggested that you can try to resolve the issue:
- Open the Outlook app on your iOS device.
- Tap on the Settings icon at the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Tap on the Account you want to fix.
- Scroll down and tap on Sync Settings.
- Tap on IMAP Folders.
- Uncheck the Show only subscribed folders checkbox.
- Check the folders you want to sync with your device.
- Tap on Done.
If the above steps do not work, you can try setting your Root folder path as Inbox by following these steps:
- Open the Outlook app on your iOS device.
- Tap on the Settings icon at the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Tap on the Account you want to fix.
- Scroll down and tap on Sync Settings.
- Tap on Advanced.
- Tap on Root folder path.
- Enter Inbox in the field.
- Tap on Done.
If the issue persists, you can try removing the account from the Outlook app and adding it again.
