microsoft teams sorry we couldn't connect you

Hello

when somoean call me from teams , when i try to answer the call, call is dropped and the caller gets a popup saying "sorry we couldn't connect you" . When thy call me fron group chat , connection opens successfully, When i try to call somoean call is opened successfully

Please advice

    1. Please try asking the caller to clear the Teams cache and restart.

    1. Update Teams to the latest version.

    3.Temporarily Disable VPN and Antivirus Software.

    4.Check Your Connection:

    a.Disconnect other devices using the Internet connection to free up more bandwidth for Teams.

    b.If you’re using a wireless connection, switch to a cable connection. Or use a different connection such as a mobile hotspot.

    c.Unplug your network devices to refresh the connection and clear temporary files.

    d.Power cycle the Wi-Fi router by switching it off, allowing it 10 to 20 seconds to cool off, and then switching it on.

    e.Disable any FTP or peer-to-peer downloading events on your PC temporarily to confirm if the, “Sorry, We Couldn’t Connect You” issue is due to internet bandwidth or not.

    Hello I am under VPN connection, other users do not have the same problem. The problem happens every time so mean calls me, so I believe that the problem is on my site. I have updated teams but it didn't solve my problem. Delete teams and reinstall it did not helped

    LiweiTian this issue occurs only with desktop application . Some VPN is used by other colleagues , but they re not facing the same issue
