Some BSOD problems happened when I played Overwatch2 with LegionR9000(2020)

Since November 2023, I've been having frequent blue screen and black screen reboot issues while playing Overwatch2 on my laptop. This doesn't happen when I'm browsing the web, and currently only happens when I'm playing a game (I'm having the same problem when playing Stardew Valley, which usually occurs after half an hour or so). I play Overwatch with the game VPN on, aka Leishen(It appears in the process_name of some WinDbg analyzed dump files).

I have tried the following solutions:

  1. I cleaned the dust out of my computer fan. --Still blue-screened after four hours of playing
  2. Install the latest version or roll back AMD and NVIDIA drivers. --Still blue screen (P.S: I only use discrete graphics card GTX1650 mode. However, AMD still raised AuthenticAMD error in 12.16. I installed drivers for AMD after I realized that, which means only the 121623-19421-01 is the file that appears after troubleshooting AMD driver issues.)
  3. type code 'sfc /scannow' 'DISM /online /cleanup-image /(scan/check/restore)health' in cmd --The system finished nicely, no errors were reported, and the blue screen didn't go away
  4. Fixing Overwatch with the Blizzard Client --Still blue screen
  5. In addition: I've already reinstalled win10 once this July because of blue screen issues. The problem has improved since then but recently reappeared.

I've uploaded the blue screen DMP files from the last two days to the link. Please help me find the problem. Or if I should go looking for computer hardware problems (or just replace the laptop). Any useful information is fine. Thanks a lot!!!

Try open the start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and file a bug report and attach dump files there. Try performing Clean Boot and if you manage to run games there, then see if the problem persists? If not enable services until you be able to run the game and if problem didn't reproduce, try enable services one by one to see which one causing the problem:

It is also recommended to check with the Games' support websites.

    Hello

It works fine when browsing the web, but a blue screen occurs only when playing games. This situation is most likely related to the hardware.

Can you provide the specific blue screen code for analysis?
