How to retrieve Bitlocker Recovery Key without it being in my account?

I purchased an HP ProBook x360 435 G8 Notebook PC with Windows 11 installed, and it recently required a motherboard replacement. Upon getting it back, I discovered it needed a BitLocker Recovery Key that was not uploaded to my Microsoft account. Is there anyone who can offer assistance in retrieving the key?

without a recovery key a clean install of the operating system will be necessary.
