Duplicate a SharePoint Site Collection to another Server

Question

I am trying to copy (or duplicate) a site collection from one SharePoint Server to another. The Original site is customized with a Design Package. I tried copying with ShareGate and also creating a design package and importing the design package to the destination site. Neither work, the Page Template seems to be broken.
