Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.
Looks like you got a sign-in issue. If you check your email box(using the correct email address), can you find the sent email in different(other) classifications, for example Junk Email/Unread Email/Deleted Items?
If you click "Use a different verification option", and try to use other methods to sign in, will it work?

i've checked my email which is the email that i used for make Github Account and i can't find in any classifications.
i want to sign in Portal Azure with Github Account which is using that email, and i need the code verfication but i can't get it when i fill the correct email.
