I followed a few video guides to download Office LTSC Prof. 2021. I downloaded it before but now it doesn't work. The steps to download are: Office Customization Tool: Choose the required things such as architecture,language, version etc. and Export by Office XML Format Office Deployment Tool: Download in the language and extract it in the same folder as the downloaded Configuration. Use CMD Prompt, Run as Administrator: Type cd(space)(the folder where all the files are extracted), click enter. Type: setup /configure configuration.xml and click enter. I tried to look back into the video many times but it kept saying 'Language not available'. I also tried to see if my language is different and if that might have been the cause but it doesn't work for some reason. Here's the file:

Please make sure the language you selected in Office Customization Tool website is available for the Office products. I installed English - United Kingdom for my installation.

I didn't install Visio or Project actually, I just installed the entire pack and like I said it worked for me a few months ago but now it doesn't.

I'll try to send you the .xml file because my PC doesn't have a product key available as it is a laptop (is what I know) because it doesn't show in Settings.

And I did have one it would have expired (which would stop me from personalizing my PC which it doesn't).

Thanks for your detailed sharing.

According to your .xml file, there are product id for Visio and Project to install.

Please note, as mentioned in my previous reply, the 'en-gb' is not available in Project or Visio.

So, I suggest you remove these products.

Hello @Jiajing Hua-MFST Its installing now so thanks for the help. I was just stuck on why it wasn't before because it worked with Visio and Project that I didn't try to do too much research on the language packs. But seems like it works so Thank You So Much!
