How Add Multiple Condition On One Rule?

Dears,

I think I have a limitation to add to conditions on azure DevOps

here is what I need as you can see in the screenshot, I want to add another condition which is "current user is / not member in group" to handle when the user can change the status.

Addition: I have already created a rule which group A can create a new worktime with status new, but I want to control the status when change from another status to new.
