Problem with Online Pearson Vue exam Microsoft PL-300

Question

Hi, I had my microsoft exam scheduled today at 9pm IST and I checked in at 8:30pm. Followed all instructions properly, My system is Windows 10 and as per instructions passed system test next uploaded photos of myself, gov ID proofs, room front, back, left and right images. Stuck with the shared screenshot "We're Currently downloading your exam files".
Next Pearson gave me a horrible experience despite me waiting for very long time and also I tried providing Vue ID and from scratch and followed retaking all pictures and post those getting uploading clicked on Next.
But the same scenario Stuck with the shared screenshot "We're Currently downloading your exam files" from 08:30PM till 09:44PM IST I was waiting for the files to get downloaded!!! so that I can attend my exam.
Have raised a ticket Case ID: 10684583 and still waiting to receive mail regarding the case.
Please help with next steps.
