I have a MySQL flexible server on Azure. Suddenly this morning, connections to the database were timing out, and I was no longer able to access the database.
I went to the Azure Portal and clicked to restart the database server, but the operation never succeeded, and I have a message saying "The server is currently in restarting state. Please wait for the operation to complete. You can refresh to check status. Reach out to Microsoft support if the operation is taking too long."
I launched the restart 4 hours ago, and the status didn't change? The database is still down, and all the left-menu items are grayed out. I can't access the backups to create a new database server to replace the old one.
Can someone please assist with this? Is there something I can do to get my database back? Or a recent backup? Thank you in advance.
