Besides, does the owner who wrote use the same language as yours?

I suggest you go to Control Panel > Clock and Region > Region > Administrative > Language for non-Unicode programs, Change system locale > Check whether it is Chinese (Traditional Tai Wan).

是的，寫信的人就是我，語系是繁體中文（台灣）

裝置顯示和excel設定都是繁體中文

我不確定問題出在哪。因為同樣的檔案別人打開是正常顯示，但是我的電腦上卻顯示亂碼
