Unable to install SQL Server

I'm trying to install SQL Server 2022 Express, after a few minutes i get this error:
Exit code (Decimal): -2061893606Error description: Wait on the Database Engine recovery handle failed. Check the SQL Server error log for potential causes.

Here are summary.txt and Detail.txt in log folder. Please help me!!!

    Hi @Kanichi

      Reason for failure:            An error occurred during the setup process of the feature.
  Next Step:                     Use the following information to resolve the error, uninstall this feature, and then run the setup process again.
  Component name:                SQL Server Database Engine Services Instance Features
  Component error code:          0x851A001A

    This is one possible error message that when you install any version of SQL Server on a Windows 11 device.

    Please troubleshoot follow by this doc: Troubleshoot errors related to system disk sector size greater than 4 KB.
