Can't use DALL-E on AzureOpenAI Studio

Hello everyone,

I enjoy using the Azure Open AI Studio (chatbot). For my work in the field of social selling, I absolutely need image software. I would like to use DALL-E, which is integrated in Azure Open AI, but I cannot use it for resource reasons. I have not yet found a solution to the problem in my research - could someone help me? I'm not able to change resources.

Thanks for your help!

Roessler, Silvio (DI SW GS&CS EU DACH HUB DSE) Greetings & Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum!

You are receiving this error due to DALL·E is only available in East US and Sweden Central.

I just tried in a different region other than above and seeing the same issue. It is also mentioned in pre-requisite that an Azure OpenAI resource must be created in the East US or SwedenCentral region based on the models.

Please see model availability and Generate images with Azure OpenAI Service for more details.

I would suggest you, create an Azure OpenAI resource in any of the available regions and try.

Please use a resource in East US region to use DALL·E 2 or use a resource in Sweden Central region to use DALL·E 3.

Do let me know if that helps or have any other queries.
