MSDN enterprise and MSDN pro

Question

we ordered 1 MSDN enterprise and 2 MSDN pro. As I can see, with the MSDN enterprise we can assign 10 windows machine licenses, and 10 Windows Server licenses.

1. So, first question. Does this allows me to install 10 windows machines and 10 server machines?
2. If I have 2 more MSDN licenses, can I install 20 more machines?
3. Do this licenses can be uses on production servers?
4. Do this licenses can be declared as licenses for azure machines.
