IOS Simulators missing in Visual Studio for Mac after updating Xcode.

Hi Team,

I am using Visual Studio 2022 for Mac , working on migrating Xamarin.IOS to .Net-IOS. After updating XCode from 14.3.1 to Xcode 15.1 , I cannot see simulators in Visual Studio for Mac.

Getting message like "Lower the 'Deployment Target' to see older simulators or check your Apple SDK Path". Does Visual Studio for Mac support Xcode 15 ? Screenshot 2023-12-18 at 7.18.40 PM.png.

I have intentionally not upgraded to 15.1 yet, but XCode15.0 is working in VS Mac 17.6.7. Just loaded the default MAUI project and it runs. Given that VS Mac is basically on its way out, they may not add support for 15.1 or later versions of XCode 15. Or it may take some time to release an update to support it, but 15.0 is supported if you install that side by side. There is a way to set the XCode version path in your project.

Hello,

Xcode 15.1 Support with Xamarin and MAUI is in progress, please keep using Xcode 15.0 for the time being, and you could download it from the Apple Developer portal.
