Auto deleting comments

Can somebody pls tell me what is wrong with is this form as yesterday i posted a comment on
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1463383/version-error
and it was deleted for no good reason . does it violated the guidelines . The comment was

hi karenpayne , currently i am on version 4.7.2 .

the deletion of comment leads to confusion as i was shocked to see that it was deleted although she was able to see the deleted comment
