I need help with microsoft authentication

Previously, I had an account registered on my old phone:

******@3mdqr5.onmicrosoft.com still remembers the password.

But now my old phone has been stolen and when I log in to this account, it can no longer be verified.

I am writing this email hoping for your help because this account has a lot of data and images that are important to me.

Sounds like you'll need the account admins to reset the account so a new QR code can be generated with which you can relink the authentication device to your account.
