Windows workflow's not loading up in Visual Studio 2022.

We are trying to migrate windows workflow project from visual studio 2017 to visual studio 2022, and we are running into some issues, workflow's are not loading up, can someone help on this please.

Error:

An error occurred while loading the workflow. Please correct the following error and try reloading the document to view the workflow.

  1. the designer could not be shown for this file because none of the classes within can be designed. the designer inspected the following classes in the file. the base class needs to be an activity.
