Are those SqlDump files something I would be able to upload here for analysis?

We have a Windows 2016 Server running SSRS 2016 that has recently begun exhibiting a symptom where any attempted report execution immediately crashes .NET, preventing execution. We have undertaken very many troubleshooting steps (i.e. repairing .net, rolling back the VM, activating additional .NET features on the box, deleting SSRS encryption keys and re-establishing Data Sources) with no success, however we do have SqlDump files that we're unable to interpret that we suspect may have further clues than the SSRS logs / Event viewer are showing us. Are those SqlDump files something I would be able to upload here for analysis?
Some other tidbits:
.NET is crashing with exit code 80131506
The SSRS log reaches "Exporting public key / Importing existing encryption key / Call to GetItemTypeAction (PathToReportFile)" before immediately crashing and generating a dump due to fatal runtime error
