Teams logos and pictures

Question

I have uploaded a Team Picture for one of the Teams I've created but not all the Members/Guests can see it. Is there a way to change/control who sees the logo? If so, how?

Have you tried a user logging out of Teams and back in? If users have been using Teams for some time this could be due to the Teams client caching:

It recommends the members and guests try to login in Teams web client(https://teams.microsoft.com) and check if they can see the Teams picture.

If it shows properly, clear the desktop client cache and try again as below:
delete any file in the following folders:

• %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\blob_storage
• %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\Cache
• %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\databases
• %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\GPUcache
• %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\IndexedDB
• %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\Local Storage
• %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\tmp

I tested in my environment. All the members (including guests) can see the modified Teams picture.

About the question “Is there a way to change/control who sees the logo?”, it has no way to realize this now.
