Windows Server 2022でアカウント画像を変更するにはどうしたらいいですか。

いつもお世話になっております。

Windows Server 2022 (ドメインコントローラー)で、アカウント画像を変更したいのですが、画像のようなエラーが表示されて変更できません。別のアカウントにサインインしても変わりませんでした。

ちなみに他のPCでは変更はできます。

ドメインコントローラの場合アカウント画像は変更できないのでしょうか。

初歩的な質問かもしれませんが、よろしくお願いいたします。
