Users with the billing administrator role do not see payment methods

From the Global Administrator I have assigned the role of Billing Administrator to some users.

Now these users are able to enter the "Billing" section and see all the information in the various sub-sections, but in the "Payment Methods" section the loaded credit cards do not appear, which instead can be seen with the Global Administrator

    It is stupid behavior that a billing administrator cannot see credit cards entered by another administrator. I hope Microsoft fixes the problem, also because for many customers, credit card (usually a company card, not personal) is the only supported method

    If the payment method is a Credit card, this is the expected behavior - only the person who entered the card details can see them.
