How to get KB5027397 in WSUS.

I plan to upgrade the PC Windows 11 22H2 to 23H2 though enablement package via WSUS.

The KB5027397 should be the enablement package

However, the KB patch cannot be found in WSUS server. I have checked the configuration and least one Windows 11 22H2 PC is available and connecting WSUS server. (Also, start to check windows update in PC and check synchronize in WSUS few times)

Then, I try to manual install the KB5027397 to the Windows 11 22H2 PC that it can upgrade to 23H2. It means this KB patch is suitable for upgrade and the PC is available to install this patch when the PC is connecting to WSUS.

I understand that I can manual import the patch to WSUS but the "UpdateID" is required.

However, I cannot find the "UpdateID" of KB5027397.

Any solution to help the WSUS get the Patch for upgrade 23H2? Thanks.

WSUS server : Windows Server 2019

Classifications enabled: Critical Updates, Definition Updates, Feature Packs, Security Updates, Update Rollups, Updates & Upgrades.

Products enabled: Windows 11.

If you look at the KB, it says

The update is named Windows 11, version 23H2.

The enablement package is part and parcel with the unified update platform

The update is actually slightly different as it looks like they are finally superseding updates for upgrades. Windows 11, version 23H2 x64 2023-12B

This signifies December 2023 B release patches it will upgrade to. A single upgrade from prior version of Windows to latest version of windows INCLUDING the monthly cumulative update (1 restart, not multiple).
