Do you mean that the “Sign in to GitHub” page can’t be opened from the browser? Can you tell me the login steps?
Please update your browser to the latest version and try again.
If you want to sign in VS with GitHub account, please add it via File > Account Settings > Add > GitHub.
If it doesn’t work, please check the following settings by going to Tools > Options:
