Hello,

Here is my problem :

The app on android works fine, I can do whatever I want like I am on a remote desktop from a computer. The thing is, I'm using old generation of software, it is a 5250 screen for AS400 (black screen with green writes), and I can't write letters with a normal keyboard, numbers on the right of my keyboard are working but not letters. So I manage to search what was the problem, and I discovered that every letters key returned the same keycode number "<231>". I tried other remote desktop apps, and it appear that I can write the letters in the soft because the keycode numbers are right.

It does not affect me anywhere but in this old software that is essential for me.

Is there a way to fix this ?

    Hello,

It seems like the problem may lie in the compatibility of the keyboard input with the older generation software. To address this, I recommend checking for a software or device update that may include compatibility improvements. Ensure that your Android device's operating system and the remote desktop app are both up to date.
