Ive got hack by a guy who happen to hack both me microsoft account one of them was my back up for the other one in case i got hack. Now this hacker change all my personnal information on the account like phone number and email recovery adress and i cant get back my account. The worst its i cant use the recovery form because the hacker activate the two way authentificator on his phone. Can I do something all my game from xbox and all my account are related to that email.

It's unlikely anything can be done. Use the Get Help app here to chat online with someone by clicking link
then "Windows", then underneath "home support" click on Get support in the Get Help Windows app
