We're facing an issue with using the Autosuggest API for our Customsearch configuration. We always get no results with the error code "NoSuggestion". We've successfully set up the necessary resources with an S4 plan and obtained a functioning subscription key. We've already waited more than 48 hours after setting up the URLs for the Customsearch environment We tested several search terms We added User Defined Suggestions and tried them with success. Based on your query, it seems that you are receiving no results with the error code "NoSuggestion", even after setting up the necessary resources with an S4 plan and obtaining a functioning subscription key.

I tested the Autosuggest results serving endpoint and was able to get the right responses. Additionally, the endpoint is optional, and the API should work with just your subscription key.

We suggest trying to obtain another subscription key and check if it works.

If the issue persists, please provide us with more details about the search terms you tested and the User Defined Suggestions you added.

Thanks for trying out and helping. Unfortunately it is still not successful.

I tried regenerating the subscription key in the existing resource without success

I also tried creating a new "Bing Custom Search" resource in Azure and using those subscription keys without success

As I was not sure if "Bing Custom Search" may have been the wrong resource type I also tried creating a new "Bing Search v7" resource and using those subscription keys without success.

I created only one User Defined Suggestion "ups preise". This one works as expected!

But still there are no results from Automatic Bing Suggestions. I tested with several search terms: "wein", "bordeaux", "wirsching". All of them should show some results as these are very common terms in our URLs.

I am using the Sitesearch instance "Sitesearch DE" in our Customsearch Console.
