What could failed on asynchronous event grid creation?

When creating an event subscription for an AML workspace to consume events, the REST API returns a success response code, but I cannot see any Event Subscriptions created on azure portal. The endpoint is an event hub from a different subscription. I understand that permission validations are done synchronous so if the request is successful the error should be from another place, I want to know what could happen so this situation persists in all management REST API requests.

I think if the provisioning is successful and when the event criteria is met it should be published to the endpoint.

2023-12-20T18:11:59.2033333+00:00 @romungi-MSFT that is the problem, the event subscription is NOT being created. We are trying to create it using REST api and this one does not fail but no event subscription is created, I'm not in the point of the picture you send.
