I applied to use openAI about two weeks ago, but I was told that I would get a reply within 10 business days, but I haven't received a reply.What's going on?[Application 2518871]

I looked at the backend logs for the above Application ID 2518871 and found that your Access Request is Denied.
.
Possible causes for a denied application:

You are not an eligible customer. Learn more here

Application submitted with personal email (Example: @[gmail.com], @[yahoo.com], @[hotmail.com], etc.)
.
In addition to the above, If this is a Free subscription OR if this is an Azure For Students subscription, then also the request will be denied. In such cases, you need to upgrade your subscription to Pay-as you go subscription to gain access to create Azure Open AI resource.

Did you use your personal email (Example: @[gmail.com], @[yahoo.com], @[hotmail.com], etc.) in the request form while applying for the OpenAI request ? If Yes, please use your official email id account.

Is your subscription 4FFCD00B-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX6DFD a Free subscription OR if this is an Azure For Students subscription ? If Yes, you need to upgrade it to Pay as you go subscription and then you need to fill the registration request form again.

I do not use a personal email address. I used the official one.I am using a student account, and my colleague is also using a student account, and his openAI application was successful. What is the difference?

@原康陽 There are currently no plans to remove this restriction for the Free and Azure For Students subscriptions. We are yet to mention these points in our documentations. In future, if there are any changes, you can refer this documentation.

@原康陽 Thanks for getting back. You can try to share your colleague's [Application ID: XXXXX] from the OpenAI access email, so that I can check at my end. If this subscription, is also an Azure for Students subscription, then I will need to raise a request to suspend it.

Please note, Microsoft has currently suspended the opening of Azure OpenAI resources to Azure For Students subscriptions, and student account subscriptions will not be able to create new Azure OpenAI resources.
Upgrade the student account subscription to the Pay as you go subscription, and then submit the corresponding Azure OpenAI license application after the subscription level is successfully upgraded. The application link is as follows:
