Hi, I am wondering how to enable multiline code editing in Synapse Studio SQL scripts, like in SSMS by pressing Alt+Shift+Up/Down?

I manage to get it to work sometimes, but on other occasions, it won't work. Currently, I have multiple SQL script tabs open in Synapse Studio, and in one of them, it works just like in SSMS, but in others, it does not work. Is there some setting or etc. to ensure it works always?

    Hi Jani Hämäläinen ,

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A platform and thankyou for posting your query here.

Could you please make sure that the SQL scripts are published before you are trying to use multiline code selection and editing?

I tried at my end and 'Alt+Shift+Up/Down' is working for both SSMS and SQL Scripts(when it is published).

Hope it helps. Kindly let us know how it goes. Thankyou
