Can I somehow get calendars from two companies I work for merged as one calendar?

I work for two companies. Each one uses MS Outlook, and each one wants to schedule meetings with me.
I found instructions for creating a calendar view for myself that combines the two calendars, but that does not help other people. When Company A looks at my calendar, they only see the events that are on the Company A calendar. Likewise for Company B.

Is there a technique for somehow combining calendars such that anyone who asks to see "my" calendar (directly and in scheduling assistant) sees the merged calendar?

    Hi @Stephen ,

Agree with @Vasil Michev , there is no built-in options in Outlook for us to merged two calendars in two different email account into one calendar.

However, as another workaround, it is suggested for your to create Outlook forward rules in both your two email accounts like below so that both your two calendars in different email accounts could have the same calendar items.

Hope this could be helpful to you.

There's nothing built-in for this scenario. Closest you can get is the "personal" Calendars feature, but as the name alludes to, it's for personal oultook.com or Gmail accounts: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/show-personal-events-on-your-work-or-school-calendar-6ffc71a9-0943-415a-8482-ce0122528a35
In your scenario, you should look into third-party tools/add-ins that "merge" events, or create your own solution via VBA/EWS?Graph API.
