Should MS Teams connect to UDP on port 58024?

Hello,

I've noticed that my Teams is connecting to port 58024 via UDP, although this is not mentioned in the documentation. Can anyone clarify whether this is the expected behavior for Teams?

Thank you.

    Hi @Lita Teng

Microsoft Teams uses various ports for its operations. The primary ports used by Teams for media traffic are UDP ports 3478, 3479, 3480, and 3481.

However, the port you mentioned (58024) is not specifically documented as a port used by Teams. It's possible that this could be a dynamic port chosen by the system at the time of the connection. If Teams is set to use any available ports, It can use available ports between 1024 and 65535. Please refer to this document for details.
