Hi team,

I have a user with a mailbox with 3 email addresses, 1 is the primary email address, the second is a shared email address and the third is setup as a separate email account. The user has a personal assistant and needs access to the first and second email addresses (already done, no issues). The third account is private and the user wants to keep his assistance from reading the emails. I have set the email account up as a separate account in the user’s Outlook. It has been working for a while, but lately Outlook has been locking up and not opening, which I think is somehow linked to this third account. If I make it a Shared Mailbox, when the user sends email, the Sent email gets put in the Primary Account’s Sent Items folder, which the Personal Assistance has access to. So the question is, how can I mark/tag/label the emails as Private to keep the Assistance from seeing the content?

    Hello,

According to your operation, in order to prevent the assistant to view the email information, you could set the DelegateSentItemsStyle to 1 and set the MessageCopyForSentAsEnabled value to False, so that the email is only saved in the shared mailbox, and nothing is saved in the primary mailbox.
