How to use Triggers in Office 365 Groups Mail

I have a need to setup a mail trigger for distribution group in an exchange(office)365 environment. The trigger would only present a prefix designation of urgent in a specific emails subject line.

I came across the triggers feature at this link https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/office365groupsmail/#triggers but I'm not sure how to access these features via my admin account using Office/Exchange365 in order to follow the instruction.

Any help pointing me in the direction of where to access this capability, and how to more efficiently use it, is appreciated

Thank you

    Hello @IT Department

You need to use another service, Microsoft Power Automate

    Please check:

How do you get email subject from "When a new email arrives to a group"
"When a new email arrives to a group"

(Since we belong to different teams, we are not professional about power automate. This may not fully meet your needs, but hopefully it will give you some ideas. )

In addition,if you encounter any problems during the process of creating the flow, you could also post your issues in the power automate community for help.
