User is missing teams toggle button from outlook

Hi team,

The toggle button for the team is missing on both the desktop and web versions (OWA). Additionally, when trying to add Teams meetings to all meetings in the calendar settings, the option is unavailable on both desktop and OWA clients. This issue persists even when accessing from different computers.

The issue is affecting only one user

    Hi @J-3804,

    Please have a check in Teams admin center>Meetings>Meeting policy to see if you have a policy applied to this user which disables the Outlook add-in.
