I am sharing one of my Internet connections to another computer, and the shared connection has a problem like this:

after rebooting the host computer, the shared interface is showing "shared" indication, but actually it is not sharing the connection at all, i have to disable the sharing manually and share it to the original interface again to make it work. I think this is a bug and i am expecting it will automatically share the connection after rebooting or reactivation. Chould this be fixed?

    Hello,

Normally, if you've configured Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) to share an internet connection, it should persist through reboots, and the shared interface should be automatically re-established.

You may check the "Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)" service is set to start automatically and check for any startup delays. ICS may also depend on other services to function correctly. Check if there are any dependencies or related services that might not be starting as expected during the system startup.
