Secure Boot and Bitlocker

I have 200 Devices that are non-compliant some have Secure boot disable and some have Bitlocker Disable so is it possible to enable using powershell to make that devices compliant

    With Bitlocker policies you should be able to automate the disk encryption yes, but secure boot is bios level feature and unless you find any custom scripts releated to specific bios manufactor, I believe with microsoft's only solution it can't be done. Then, it is up to you, will you require secure boot in compliance policy or not :)
