I cannot select a private endpoint on Azure Cache for Redis

Question

I want to deploy Azure Cache for Redis, but all the options in [Network] [Network Connection] [Connection Method] are grayed out and I cannot select a private endpoint. I would like to select a private endpoint.

【Parameter】

Region: Japan East

Cache type: Basic C0

Non-TLS port: OFF

Redis version: latest-6

Hi,

If you have not created your Azure Cache for Redis, did you first create your Virtual Network as described in article below, in same region (Japan East)?

Create a virtual network for your new cache

If you have already created your Azure Cache for Redis, did you first create your Virtual Network, next navigate to your Azure Cache for Redis -- Private Endpoint blade, click Add Private Endpoint, as described in below article:
