How to start Natural language processing (NLP) using C# asp.net mvc project for NER

How to start Natural language processing (NLP) using C# asp.net mvc project into visual studio for NER. I have got a task in my existing MVC project to read Named entity recognition (NER) in project but not getting much resource using asp.net c# mvc
