documentation in the learning path seems to be incosistent

I believe documentation in the learning path should be updated. Current documentation does not highlight 'total content' in explaining the service response and associated examples. Could you please check and correct the documentation?

    In general, it was mentioned that text will be extracted as paragraph content, and it needs to be understood as total content. please see below:
