Regarding MFA login issue

My Microsoft account can not be signed in in Microsoft authenticator. When i login in my Microsoft account then it is showing the code but i can't authentic it because it is not signed in.

In this case the secure link is broken so you'll need the account admins to reset the account so a new QR code can be generated with which you can relink the authentication device to your account.
